Returns & Exchanges
At House of Naiia, each piece is created with intention and care. We want you to feel confident in your selection, and we are here to support you if something is not quite right.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, please email hello@houseofnaiia.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide next steps.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
Final Sale Items
· Earrings, due to hygienic reasons
· Personalized or customized pieces
· Last chance or sale items
Shipping Your Return
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. House of Naiia is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing after approval.
Original shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are non refundable.
Exchanges
If your new selection is of a higher value, the difference must be paid prior to shipment.
If your new selection is of a lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.
Timeframes
Items must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date.
