Products and Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or finishes will appear exactly the same on all devices.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. House of Naiia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Earrings, personalized or customized pieces, and last chance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are non refundable.

Exchanges

If the replacement item is of a higher value, the difference must be paid prior to shipment.

If the replacement item is of a lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, branding, logos, and design, is the property of House of Naiia and may not be used without prior written consent.

Third Party Services

We may use third party providers to support our business operations. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties.

Limitation of Liability

House of Naiia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
